I've been placing tenants in Toronto's boutique rental market since 2016 — long enough to understand what landlords actually need, what tenants are actually searching for, and where the gap between the two keeps getting wider.

LeaseIsMore started as a leasing operation. I systematized the lead routing, built the landlord relationships, and proved the model manually before building the platform. 224+ deals closed. $5M+ in rental income generated for landlord clients across all years.

The content services business came out of a simple observation: the landlords with the best buildings were invisible to the tenants most likely to appreciate them. Not because their buildings weren't good enough — because the content infrastructure didn't exist to make them findable.
